With a strong background in public management, policy development and communication, Dada Morero, brings extensive qualities of leadership and a proven track record in administration and management.
Leah Manenzhe has been appointed as the Acting Chief Executive Officer. She joined GPF as the Chief Investment and Development Officer.
Holds a B. Proc degree, LLB (Honours), LLM in Corporate Law and a Diploma in Legislative Drafting, from the University of Johannesburg. She also obtained a Certificate in Corporate Governance and a further Certificate in Pension Law, both from the University of South Africa (UNISA). She attended and completed training on Driving Government Performance at the Harvard Kennedy School in 2013.
Keith Khoza is a former student activist and member of the Congress of South African Students (COSAS). It was during this period that he ended up in detention under state security laws. He’s participated in the hunger strike that led to mass releases in the late 1980s. He was active in the African National Congress Youth League (ANCYL), the African National Congress ( ANC) in Alexandra. He was part of the team tasked with finding peace during the violent turbulence soft the early 1990s. He participated in community defence structures.
As a student leader, grassroot activist and local government administrator, Douglas Adams Kutumela has, over three decades, gained extensive experience in issues affecting communities in South Africa.
Nangamso Maponya is an Investment Banking and Infrastructure Project Finance Professional, currently employed by the Development Bank of South Africa (DBSA). She was appointed as a Board Member of the Gauteng Partnership Fund (GPF) with effect from 01 April 2017. Nangamso is also a member of the Funding Committee as well as the Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee of the GPF.
Leon G. Marincowitz is an entrepreneur, real estate businessman and academic with wide-ranging experience in public policy and governance. He founded the Quick Buy Group of companies that focuses on revitalising distressed residential properties and serves as a non-executive director on several public sector entities.
A distinguished professional and industry leader, Lindiwe Mthimunye was first appointed to the Board of the Gauteng Partnership Fund in April 2016.
Abdullah Ismail is a seasoned public sector leader and administrator with extensive experience in a range of departments within the Gauteng provincial government. His financial management expertise are extremely beneficial to the Board of Trustees.
Karabo Mbele is currently the CEO of Elton Charles Africa. She was appointed as a Board Member of the Gauteng Partnership Fund (GPF) with effect from 26 May 2021.
